Serve as a liaison between Home Office and the PDCs for verifying inventory issues resolving discrepancies and supporting our dealer network. Employees may be required to perform other job related responsibilities in order for the department to achieve its goals.ResponsibilitiesProcess parts returns and stock adjustments.Coordinate the resolution of retailer discrepancies as a result of shipping overagesshortagesmixed stock with Team Leader and HO.Conduct physical stock checks special order assistance and shipping inquiry.Coordinate the UFS inventory and receipts with the INV Rep. Process delivery notes for parts scrapping. Process RWLs summarizing returns resulting from retailer terminationbuy-back.Act as a liaison between HO Parts Logistics departments to support the PDC processes. This can include data collection reporting SAP DView Microsoft Access Tableau Power BI SQLetc. and support for any cross functional processes.Collect track and analyze warehouse productivity and quality measures. Maintain reporting and KPIs that monitor PDC progress in operations and special projects. Track performance of local vendors reporting any performance issues to management.Coordinate ISO and ICS requirements for PDC by periodic collection review and adjustments to on-line process documentation. Responsible for assessing discrepancies and communicating findings. Maintain any Corrective Action Reports CARs and update all related documentation and information.Coordinate returns of parts andor packing materials to DAG.Assist in other warehouse functions and perform administrative tasks related to the PDC Operations team as required. Research and respond to requests relating to customer service issues.Creates and maintains office procedures for recordkeeping systems forms control office layout and budgetary and personnel requirements. Analyze operating practices and implements changes as needed.
