Role Summary<\/b>
<\/div>You will run point on transactional tax across:
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Domestic and cross -border M&A<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Partnership tax planning<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Private equity fund formation work<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Capital markets and financing transactions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>This is a senior associate seat with real responsibility and direct deal exposure.<\/span>

Candidate profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Minimum 4 years of law firm experience focused on transactional tax<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Comfort advising deal teams and business principals, not just drafting memos after the fact<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience across M&A, partnership structures, and sponsor -side work is strongly preferred<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/span>
