Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured problem-solving and analytical work to support strategic initiatives

• Develop clear, insightful slides and Excel models to communicate findings and recommendations

• Translate data into clear recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive implementation

• Support and lead marketing experiments / tests through A/B testing

• Actively collaborate and learn from senior team members, supporting their strategic oversight and decision-making

• Contribute to fostering a fun, collaborative, and productive team environment.

• Engage directly with senior stakeholders presenting insights and recommendations effectively. You will be directly communicating to the CEO / CFO as you are working on the top priorities for Goosehead

• Proactively manage assigned tasks and support project timelines to ensure timely, impactful results

• Although the function is called a "Transformation Office", not all studies/projects will be focused transformation types
