Senior Associate Veterinarian Oak Forest (Near Houston, TX)

Salary: $150,000 $200,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal hospital located in Oak Forest, near Houston, Texas as a Medical Director.

This long-standing practice offers a supportive team environment, strong mentorship, and a diverse caseload combining general practice and urgent care.

A compelling leadership position that blends clinical excellence with practice management responsibilities.

You'll mentor and support the medical team, uphold medical protocols, collaborate on hospital goals and strategic initiatives, and cultivate a positive and cohesive team culture.

Hospital Hours

*Monday Friday: 8:00 am 6:00 pm
*Saturday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm
*Sunday: Closed
*Saturday rotation:

Only 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required

Compensation

  • Base salary $150,000 $200,000, based on experience
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • 20% production bonus paid with no negative accrual

  • DVM or equivalent (Texas license eligible)
