Overview The Video Investment, Senior Associate assists the team in the execution of Video plans across the full Video ecosystem, including Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, and more. The role supports all activation activities and provides a solid learning environment in the world of Video. HYBRID WORK MODEL This role requires 4 days in-office each week. Responsibilities Assist in the Video Activation Process across multiple clients Analyze plans from partners Issue order letters Facilitate makegoods and re-expressions Handle all systems work, including entering buys Handle research requests, including rankers, ratings reports, and buy schedules Handle billing discrepancies Update Traffic documents as needed Keep the team informed on project statuses through regular updates and clear communication Qualifications Minimum of 18 months of National Video activation experience 6 months to 1+ years of experience using Mediaocean tools, including Mbox and Prisma Optional: HCP, DTC, or pharma experience Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
