The successful candidate will be licensed in Colorado, have 10 + years of relevant real estate experience, and have a strong desire to lead/build a team and serve their clients exceptionally. A portable book of business is preferred.Key Results:Execute projects in a timely and professional mannerBuild and nurture positive relationships with clients and team membersAttain minimum billing hours (utilization) on a monthly and annual basisAttain Effective Rate goals on a monthly and annual basisDevelop new client referral sources for business development on an annual basis that leads to growth for the Practice and FirmEstablish team policies and proceduresQualifications:10 + years of relevant real estate experience; lateral partner levelExtensive experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review and negotiations, easement agreements, and commercial leasing (office, warehouse, and retail)Experience with land use, multi/planned use development and entitlement workExperience drafting covenants, commercial development agreements, and construction agreementsExperience with secured real estate financing agreementsWillingness to grow, lead, and mentor a practice groupJuris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the state of ColoradoSkills and Abilities:Sufficient experience to be comfortable planning and accomplishing goals with a certain degree of creativity and latitude, while performing a variety of tasks under the general supervision of the supervising partner or senior attorney.Excellent drafting skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies.An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive.Leadership experience with a proven ability to grow a Real Estate group.To work with GM you should appreciate:A client first mindset and willingness to put in extra effort as client priorities dictateA culture of high achievement while enjoying the work and the people you work withFlexibility in how we operate, intended to accommodate a growing and dynamic law firmTeam player with a “no task too small” attitude.Benefits and Compensation:The salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 depending on experience, with a compelling bonus structure.
