Senior Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation
Location: Los Angeles, CA or Irvine, CA or Oakland, CA
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead high-value personal injury litigation matters. This role focuses on serious cases including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic claims.
What You’ll Do
- Lead trials, depositions, and case strategy
- Review and oversee pleadings, motions, and legal filings
- Represent clients in complex personal injury matters
- Drive cases toward strong settlements and verdicts
- Manage and mentor a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
What We’re Looking For
- Active member of the California State Bar
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Proven ability to manage cases and lead a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong judgment in complex situations
Compensation & Benefits
- $180K – $280K base + performance incentives
