Job Details

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing in the relevant state(s); willingness to obtain additional state bar admissions as needed.

Substantial post admission experience in one or more of the following: creditors' rights, mortgage foreclosure/default services, real estate transactions, business/commercial litigation, or bankruptcy.

Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume caseload independently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and client communication standards.
Strong courtroom and negotiation skills, with experience appearing before state and federal courts as applicable to practice area.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear guidance for institutional and corporate clients.

Comfort working within structured case management systems and meeting servicer/investor timelines and compliance requirements where applicable.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.

Prior experience serving financial institution, loan servicer, or corporate clients is a plus.
