Grow Your Impact in Public Accounting

We're looking for an experienced audit professional ready to take the next step--someone who can lead engagements, work closely with clients, and contribute to a strong, team-oriented environment.

This role goes beyond executing audits. You'll play a key part in managing projects, supporting junior staff, and helping maintain the high standards our clients rely on. As our firm continues to grow, we're seeking individuals who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

About the Opportunity

In this position, you'll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and insight at every stage.

Core Responsibilities

Engagement Management

  • Coordinate and lead audits, reviews, and compilation engagements
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and overall project execution
  • Apply risk-based approaches to audit planning and fieldwork

Technical Execution

  • Perform and review testing procedures, analytics, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
  • Recognize key issues and develop practical, well-reasoned solutions

Client Interaction

  • Serve as a primary point of contact during engagements
  • Communicate findings clearly and proactively
  • Build long-term client relationships through reliability and insight

Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Support a collaborative and growth-focused work environment
  • Share knowledge and encourage continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of audit experience within a public accounting environment (private companies preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • Mandarin language skills are highly valued
  • CPA designation or progress toward licensure is a plus

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Employer-sponsored health coverage
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • A workplace that encourages development, balance, and long-term career growth

If you're looking for a role where you can take on more responsibility, develop leadership skills, and make a meaningful contribution to both clients and your team, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
