Location: Hamilton, Ohio. This role offers flexibility with either a hybrid schedule or a fully in-office setup for the right candidate.
Note: To be considered, you should have 2+ years of public accounting audit experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and either a CPA or a clear commitment to obtaining one. We are seeking candidates with permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description- Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements for privately held companies and nonprofit organizations
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple phases of client engagements
- Build strong client relationships and provide responsive, consultative service
- Review work, mentor staff, and help develop less experienced team members
- Apply strong technical skills and attention to detail to deliver accurate, high-quality work
- Stay current on accounting standards, audit methodologies, and industry developments
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on excellence, growth, and long-term client success
- Grow into broader leadership opportunities as your experience and responsibilities expand
Qualifications- 2+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- CPA preferred, or strong path toward obtaining licensure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
