We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Audit Associate to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will prepare multiple audits, review and compilation engagements to deliver efficient, accurate, complete and timely services.
Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements, including risk assessment, fieldwork, and budget management.
Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements, disclosures, workpapers, and audit communications.
Lead PCAOB-compliant audits and independently manage complex/high-risk engagements, including private funds and alternative investments.
Serve as the primary client contact, addressing technical accounting issues, audit findings, and recommendations.
Supervise, review, train, and mentor audit staff and associates, including performance evaluations.
Manage multiple clients, engagement budgets, deadlines, and profitability/economic performance.
Research technical accounting/audit issues, document conclusions, perform self-reviews, and maintain CPA/CPE requirements.
Qualifications:
CPA or CPA candidate
2–5 years of public accounting audit experience
SEC/PCAOB audit experience
Strong accounting, analytical, and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask
