What You’ll Own

Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through completion.
\n
Prepare and review audit workpapers, trial balances, and financial reporting deliverables.
\n
Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and team workloads.
\n
Compile financial statements and present audit findings to clients.
\n
Communicate financial reporting matters and audit conclusions to client stakeholders.
\n
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
\n
Coach, mentor, and develop staff accountants and engagement teams.
\n
Travel to client sites as needed.
\n

Must-Haves
\n
\n
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
\n
Active CPA license.
\n
7+ years of public accounting experience.
\n
Experience leading audits and managing client engagements.
\n
Affordable Housing and/or Real Estate industry expertise.
\n
Experience supervising, coaching, and developing accounting professionals.
\n
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and audit procedures.
