Position Summary

This role provides an immediate opportunity to lead engagements from planning through completion, mentor staff, and serve as a primary contact for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality and adherence to professional standards.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact during fieldwork and execution.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements, applying sound judgment to routine and complex matters.
• Directly supervise, coach, and mentor audit seniors and staff, providing actionable feedback.
• Manage engagement budgets, staffing, and timelines across multiple concurrent audits.
• Collaborate with Partners to drive high-quality service and support firm-wide initiatives.
