About the Role

As Senior Auditor, you will lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion while serving as a trusted resource to clients, staff, and firm leadership.

This position blends technical accounting expertise, client interaction, and leadership in a way that keeps your work engaging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from start to finish
  • Prepare and review financial statements and related workpapers
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and associates
  • Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Communicate directly with clients and build strong relationships
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
  • Support partners and managers with special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • Strong knowledge of audit methodology, GAAP, and GAAS
  • Experience leading engagements and reviewing staff work preferred
  • CPA license or active progress toward completion preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized professional who can manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
