Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate commercial auto claims promptly
• Communicate with all parties involved to gather info
• Determine coverage and liability for each claim
• Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damages
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops
• Maintain accurate claim records and provide updates to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of commercial auto claims experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims software
• Willingness to travel for inspections and meetings
