Job Description We are seeking a Senior Automated Test Engineer with strong expertise in end-to-end test automation and proven experience within the retail domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving automation strategies across enterprise environments, collaborating with multiple product teams, and identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency and quality.
This role requires a senior-level professional who can lead automation initiatives, design scalable automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality software delivery across web and mobile platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience in the Retail Domain (Required)
- Extensive End-to-End Automated Testing experience
- Experience working with multiple product teams in a large enterprise environment
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Selenium
- Robot Framework
- Mobile Testing Tools (Appium or similar)
- Digital AI testing solutions
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and implementation
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities
- Experience creating automation strategies and test solutions for complex applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Lead end-to-end automation efforts across web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable testing solutions.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with development teams on defect resolution.
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
- Support CI/CD initiatives and automation best practices.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with enterprise-scale retail applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing platforms and automation optimization tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
