Senior Automation EngineerThe Senior Automation Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Leading the design, development, installation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment and assembly systems.Serving as the technical owner for automation solutions from concept through production support.Designing and modifying mechanical systems, fixtures, tooling, and machine assemblies using SolidWorks.Developing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and HMI interfaces.Integrating robotics, machine vision, motion control, and automation technologies into reliable production systems.Leading root cause investigations, reliability improvements, and equipment uptime initiatives.Managing capital equipment projects including vendor selection, commissioning, and production handoff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
