This opportunity is with a leading manufacturer of pigments and colorants for coatings, cosmetics, plastics, inks, and more for the automotive and healthcare industries. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that has great benefits!Job Duties :Analyze manufacturing systems to identify areas for efficiency, productivity, and safety improvements.Lead the integration of new equipment and automation technologies for maximum impact.Oversee automated systems (both remotely and in-person) to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime.Manage and develop a high-performing team of technicians providing 24/7 automation support.Drive Lean methodologies and 5S initiatives with cross-functional teams.Support project managers and engineers on robotics and automation projects.Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including PSM principles, PSSR, PHA, and JHA.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, focusing on robotics, automation, and process optimization.Proven experience in cost engineering and Lean manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM).Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and PLC Systems & Architecture.Experience in chemical manufacturing and supervisory roles is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function ManufacturingIndustries Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
