    One of the top faucet brand in North America, it offers a diverse selection of thoughtfully designed kitchen and bath faucets, showerheads, accessories, bath safety products and kitchen sinks for residential and commercial applications each delivering the best possible combination of meaningful innovation, useful features, and lasting value.Job Description Support existing automated equipment, and participate in the design and implementation of new assembly automationResponsibilities: Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for the Manufacturing organization for automated assembly equipment supportOwn the OEE metric for the assigned areas, driving improvement and resolving issuesCollaborate from a technical perspective with the Global Strategic Development teams to develop and implement new assembly solutions that support global initiativesBenchmark similar industries and technologies.Identify Best Practices, areas for improvement, and develop corresponding response plansIdentify and improve existing safety and ergonomic conditions for automated assembly equipmentDevelop and train Standard Operating Procedures and Progressive Maintenance Partnership documentation for site automation and equipmentPropose and implement Visual Factory screens that support Manufacturing and overall plant goalsLead or participate in Continuous Improvement Events in the manufacturing facilities to implement equipment and process changesParticipate in Product Design reviews, PFMEA, and Design for Assembly processesDevelop and implement procedures and documentation that support the release of machinery and equipment, and train affected site personnelLead process troubleshooting efforts, including cross-functional team engagementSupport Maintenance organization with training, equipment maintenance plans, and troubleshooting assistanceQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
