Senior Automation Engineer

Job Description/ Responsibilities
Senior Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing business, project team and Quality in designing / configuring / updating / troubleshooting / documenting Automation systems
* Design, configure, and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), SCADA, DeltaV system.
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
* Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders during PPQ phase.
* Draft / Update relevant URS/FRS/DS/Test Protocols as part of implementation or qualification process
* Monitor and analyze system performance.
* Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
* Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance.
* Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in.
* Participate in project management and project coordination.
* Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1. DeltaV and PLC ( Allen-Bradley/ Rockwell ) Configuration and Troubleshooting Experience
2. Life Sciences industry understanding of GMP concepts: data integrity (ALCOA+), electronic signatures, validation requirements, audit trails, controlled documents, deviations/CAPA, and change control
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive decisions

* Experience supporting or authoring validation deliverables (URS/FS/DS, IQ/OQ/PQ) for Automation changes.
