Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer for their West Point, PA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA, DeltaV system.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance.
  • Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in.
  • Participate in project management and project coordination.
  • Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES
  • Maintain and update knowledge articles and databases to help troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience with having worked on shift and open to 12 hour shift; PLC/ Robotics/ Automation systems.
  • Life Sciences Manufacturing experience.
  • Note: HM is looking for automation experience.
  • The profiles we received previously were heavier on the validation side vs automation. Also, Life Science Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
