Job Description/ Responsibilities
Senior Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing business, project team and Quality in designing / configuring / updating / troubleshooting / documenting Automation systems
"Design, configure, and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), SCADA, DeltaV system.
"Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
"Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders during PPQ phase.
"Draft / Update relevant URS/FRS/DS/Test Protocols as part of implementation or qualification process
"Monitor and analyze system performance.
"Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
"Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance.
"Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in.
"Participate in project management and project coordination.
"Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1.DeltaV and PLC ( Allen-Bradley/ Rockwell ) Configuration and Troubleshooting Experience
2.Life Sciences industry understanding of GMP concepts: data integrity (ALCOA+), electronic signatures, validation requirements, audit trails, controlled documents, deviations/CAPA, and change control
3.Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive decisions
