Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Solution Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure architecture, cloud strategy, and enterprise-level implementation, with a strong understanding of infrastructure, application modernization, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Azure-based solutions in line with customer requirements and best practices.

• Define cloud architecture, solution blueprints, and deployment strategies.

• Lead architecture discussions and design sessions with IT stakeholders, developers, and business partners.

• Ensure security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud solutions.

• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance for implementation teams.

• Evaluate new Azure services and technologies to determine applicability.

• Work closely with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).

• Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure, including assessments and strategy.

• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with standards.

• Document architectural designs, patterns, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in architecting Azure cloud solutions.

• Proven experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.

• Strong knowledge of Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure AD, Key Vault, etc.

• Experience with ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform for IaC.

• Understanding of cloud security and governance models.

• Expertise in application modernization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Strong knowledge of networking, identity, and access management in Azure.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Highly Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

• TOGAF, ITIL, or similar frameworks (a plus)

Work Environment:

• May require occasional travel depending on project needs.
