• Set 8–10 solid appointments a week.
• Log everything in Salesforce.
• Repeat. Get paid.

You're a Fit If

• You've done B2B cold calling for at least 2 years
• You're comfortable with 75–100+ dials a day
• You don't panic when someone says "no"
• You like performance‑based pay
• You show up on time and own your numbers
