What They Are Looking For: They need additional capacity for a new project, it is an implementation of an Asset Performance Management System.
Top Skills:- Proven experience of around 3–5 years as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role within system implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global teams
- Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Experience with enterprise software or operational system implementations preferred
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project
- Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication
- Organize and lead working sessions, project meetings, follow-up calls, and status update meetings
- Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities
- Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
- Develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions
