What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js to support high-performance applications.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Optimize database performance and reliability with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Datadog and Sentry.
• Implement job queues with BullMQ to manage background tasks effectively.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for backend systems.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of database management, particularly with PostgreSQL and Redis.

Preferred

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and Sentry.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Compensation and Benefits
