What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems using Go and Python.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications orchestrated with Kubernetes.
• Integrate advanced data storage solutions, including Vector Stores and Graph Databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.
• Optimize backend processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of robust data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–6 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Go and Python.
• Proficient in container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with data storage technologies, particularly Vector Stores and Graph Databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building efficient systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Langchain and its applications in backend development.
• Experience in developing AI-driven applications or data analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
