Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable,
high-performance backend services and distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based microservices architecture, real-time data processing, distributed databases, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development.
The candidate will play a critical role in building resilient backend platforms capable of processing large-scale data streams while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
" Design and develop scalable backend applications using Advanced Java.
" Build and optimize microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
" Develop and maintain real-time data streaming and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
" Design efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Cassandra, Redis, and SQL databases.
" Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and QA engineers.
" Implement performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
" Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security following engineering best practices.
" Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
" Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
