At Little Stars, we believe meaningful progress starts with meaningful people. We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and growth-minded Senior Lead Technician to help lead our clinical teams while continuing to make a direct impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

This role is ideal for an experienced Behavior Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services. As a Senior Lead Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting client care, training and developing teammates, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Lead Technician, you'll serve as both a clinical support and team leader by:

  • Providing direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy to clients
  • Implementing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Supporting treatment integrity and data collection accuracy
  • Mentoring and training new Behavior Technicians
  • Assisting with team communication, scheduling support, and operational organization
  • Helping foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinic culture
  • Supporting clinic flexibility by assisting in classrooms as needed

This role combines leadership, clinical excellence, and teamwork to ensure our clients and staff are set up for success every day.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong ABA knowledge and hands-on clinical experience
  • Leads with positivity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Enjoys coaching and developing others
  • Communicates effectively with staff and families
  • Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a "roll up your sleeves" mindset

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience working with children required
  • 40-hour BT training completed
  • Minimum:
    • 6 months of exemplary performance at LSTS or
    • 12 months of exemplary performance with another ABA provider
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred
  • Active CPR/First Aid certification required
  • RBT credential preferred (or ability to obtain within 2 months)

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Typical hours: 7:50 AM – 5:20 PM
  • Occasional flexibility for make-up sessions or clinic needs may be required
