Senior Benefits Administrator (Hybrid) – Lynn, MA
Seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Administrator to oversee and enhance employee benefits programs for a well-established organization. This hybrid, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) offers a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering health, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs
- Managing open enrollment and vendor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and other regulations
- Supporting HRIS, payroll coordination, reporting, and benefits analysis
- Providing expert guidance to employees on benefits-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with self-funded health plans is a plus
