We’re hiring a Senior Benefits Administrator in Lynn, Massachusetts who wants a hybrid schedule, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to lead a comprehensive employee benefits program.
You’ll step into a Human Resources role focused on benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, employee support, and open enrollment. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and organizational leadership while helping ensure employees receive exceptional benefits support.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $80,000–$97,000
