Role: Senior BI + Analytics Hybrid (Analytics Lead / Analytics Manager) Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: Long term Work Hours: IST Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India) A person who can: Build enterpriseready dashboards Design data models and semantic layers Own data quality and governance Perform exploratory analysis and answer business Do light predictive analytics when needed Partner with IT, product, and operations Set the analytics roadmap for the organization Core Skills (MustHave) Tableau (or Power BI) SQL (strong) Data modeling (star schema, semantic models) ETL/ELT experience Business requirements gathering KPI design and metric definitions Exploratory data analysis Strong communication and storytelling Secondary Skills (NicetoHave) Python for analytics Forecasting / light ML Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS Data governance frameworks Experience building an analytics function from scratch
