Senior Brand Managers work across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute tactics that grow the brand profitably.Your Role This position will be focused on brand building for our Grooming sector, with iconic brands such as Gillette, Venus, and Braun.You will engage with multi‑disciplinary teams (Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for brand success, lead marketing and brand management projects, and derive data insights that inform brand growth. You will advance to roles with increased responsibility as your skills grow.Key Responsibilities Contribute to and execute strategies in the team or organization.Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.Work with a focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories.Collaborate effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision.Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a business focus.Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.Strong strategic and analytical thinking.Ability to drive innovation and brand growth.Strong communication and team capabilities.Ability to work under limited supervision and prioritize independently.Strong collaborative skills for internal influencing and sharing important information.Experience developing knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.Willingness to be geographically mobile in future assignments.Compensation Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300 per year.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non‑discriminatory factors including office location, role, degree/credentials, skill set, and experience.
