The Hiring Advisors is currently partnering with an iconic CPG brand to find a high-growth Senior Brand Manager.
In this seat, you will shape brand strategy and lead the cross-functional execution for 2 to 4 major business segments across their national portfolio. You’ll own both base business growth and innovation pipeline development—driving net sales, optimizing segment P&Ls, and scaling line extensions across major retail channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute long- and short-term brand and segment strategies to hit net sales and EBITDA targets.
P&L & Commercial Optimization: Monitor portfolio P&Ls, lead price/pack architecture (PPA) initiatives, and partner with operations and sales to optimize profit delivery and COGS.
Innovation & Line Extensions: Launch and scale new product pipelines in close partnership with R&D, Insights, Commercial, and Operations.
Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize category analytics into cohesive stories that shape demand plans, inform retail category management, and strengthen consumer activation.
Cross-Functional Ownership: Lead integrated marketing, packaging executions, and cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Finance, RGM, Shopper Marketing, and Operations.
What We’re Looking For
5+ Years of CPG Brand Management: Proven track record in progressive brand marketing within the Food & Beverage sector.
P&L & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success managing brand P&Ls, base business levers, and innovation pipelines.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing trade/marketing budgets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience: Prior background working inside board- or private equity-backed companies, natural products, or mission-centric brands.
Perks & Culture
$130,000 - $150,000 base salary + performance bonus potential.
