Senior Brand Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own the full P&L for a $100MM+ brand, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin delivery
• Set the long‑term brand vision and lead annual and multi‑year operating plans
• Drive holistic brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, communications, and execution
• Lead close‑in innovation and renovation in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Oversee integrated marketing across media, digital, shopper marketing, and e‑commerce
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing brand team
• Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver business and financial results

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 7–10+ years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG strongly preferred)
• Proven P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional influence skills
• Spanish language skills a plus
