Your Work Matters
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading integrated marketing planning and driving brand affinity across all customer touchpoints — ensuring Floor & Decor shows up with a consistent, compelling brand presence that inspires customers and builds long-term loyalty.
In this role, you will lead a team of two Brand Marketing Managers and a Marketing Coordinator, owning the marketing communications calendar (marcomm) to ensure our brand shows up cohesively across every channel and initiative. You will serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and key internal business partners across the organization — with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Ecommerce as primary partners — translating business needs into compelling, on-brand marketing strategies. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable leading a planning session as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute.
