Senior Bridge EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Duluth, GA team! Come join us!Job ResponsibilitiesDelivers structural engineering plans, complex designs, and systematic testing methodologies to facilitate the planning, construction, and maintenance services associated with bridges, foundations, and other ancillary structures.Reviews client business requirements and project specifications to ensure construction projects are developed accordingly.Leads the delivery of projects following contract guidelines, meeting project schedules, managing assets within project budgets and producing quality products.QualificationsBachelor of Science – Civil Engineering10 – 15 years of progressive professional experience designing bridgesDemonstrated experience leading and delivering complex projectsDiverse body of work in the bridge design industryExperience coaching and leading lower-level professionalsExperience delivering quality projects following demonstrated QC/QA protocolsGDOT experience preferredGood written and verbal communication skillsTechnical RequirementsLicensed Professional Engineer in Georgia or comparable license within the United StatesLicensed Structural Engineer with successful completion of 16‑hour exam preferredMaster of Civil Engineering preferredSubstantial Experience with AASHTO LRFDExperience with Bluebeam, ProjectWise, Bentley Engineering software, and GDOT in‑house design software preferredOther Miscellaneous QualitiesAbility to travel, if so what 25% of the timeMemberships in Professional OrganizationsBenefitsAtlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
