As the Utah Bridge Lead and a key leader within our Bridge Team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative transportation projects across Utah, the broader West Central Region, and beyond. From high speed rail to alternative delivery megaprojects, your impact will be felt locally and nationally.
In this role, you'll lead our Utah Bridge Team, guide the execution of complex bridge projects, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate closely with our broader geography bridge team. Working alongside a multidisciplinary group of engineers, technicians, and contractors, you'll bring structures-specific expertise to projects that challenge convention and strengthen the communities we serve.
You'll also partner directly with contractors on alternative delivery pursuits helping shape solutions for structures and other critical transportation infrastructure. The base salary range for this position is $158,000.00 to $275,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
