    OverviewSenior Budget Analyst for Information Technology (Pending Board Review). Address: 3027 S New Haven Ave, Tulsa, OK 74114, USATulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. For more information about the salary for this specific position, please review the Salary Schedule for the corresponding Salary Grade (listed above).ResponsibilitiesManage funding transactions, balances, reconciliations, risks, and inter-departmental collaborations specific to technology interests, including bond projects and Universal Service Fund and Libraries (E-Rate).Advise Executive Director of Information Technology regarding financial matters related to technology bond projects.Keep project owners, stakeholders, team members and external departments informed about project financial status through reports, budget analysis, cost forecasts, and risk assessments.Continuously review budgeting processes and tools and implement changes as appropriate.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GED equivalent.Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or equivalent information technology experience preferred.ExperienceProficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Seven years' experience working with budgets and funding specific to Information Technology.About Our DistrictAt Tulsa Public Schools, our mission is to inspire and prepare every student to love learning, achieve ambitious goals, and make positive contributions to our world.
