Hiring Department: Professional and Public Programs
Reports To: Program Manager for Registration, Event and Conference Services
Job Location: El Paso, Texas (On Site)

Hours: 40 hours per week, standard Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. Flexibility is required on evenings and weekends.
FLSA status: Exempt
Earliest Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary: $46,550 Annually

Position Summary
Extended University is actively searching for a dynamic, full-time Senior Coordinator to join our team. This year-round position requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively, overseeing registration processes, coordinating building services, managing programs, maintaining official records, and ensuring administrative policies for continuing education programs. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional, comfortable working with diverse participants, from youth to adults, and possesses a calm and composed demeanor.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in the relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
