Our Building Specialty Services group is seeking a Senior Leader to join and guide our team, providing excellence in business practices and technical leadership in the building science industry.

Your Key Responsibilities
This role is one of technical and business leadership involved with many aspects of what our team does daily. This includes involvement in building envelope design, 3rd party design review, / building envelope commissioning / construction services for both rehabilitation and new construction projects.
The successful candidate will be in a leadership position responsible for driving this service line forward from a business perspective within the Building Specialty Services Business Unit in the US Northeast.
Defines scope of complex services to be provided and establishes the design criteria for the project.
Review design documents, shop drawings, and trade submittals prepared by third parties for conformance with good building practice with respect to water integrity and building envelope performance.
