Location: Hybrid Boston, MA (4 days/week onsite) Local Candidates Only

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience

• 15+ years of software development and Business Analysis experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain

• Strong understanding of Policy Administration, eCommerce, Billing, Claims, and Financial systems

• Experience with third-party integrations such as LexisNexis Prefill, Credit, MRV, and CLUE

Technical Skills

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

• Strong knowledge of Web Services and APIs

• Familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON

• Experience using Postman, REST APIs, and SOAP UI

• Data management and MS SQL experience

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio for wireframes and workflow diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications preferred

• INS and CPCU certifications highly desirable

• IIBA CBAP and AAC certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Support digital and web-based application initiatives

• Create process flows, wireframes, and business models

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions

• Analyze integrations, APIs, and data requirements

• Provide strategic recommendations and support project delivery
