Deep expertise in BuildOps modules including Dispatch, Preventive Maintenance, Service Agreements, Customer Management, and Invoicing. Proven experience with BuildOps data migration, especially service agreement imports and field formatting. Strong understanding of BuildOps integration with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.Responsibilities Provide ongoing operational support for live BuildOps deployments, resolving issues related to dispatch, preventive maintenance schedules, invoicing, and user escalations.
