Must have working experience at a large financial institution with CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail Reporting) as a business analyst or adjacent role such as operations or technology.
This contractor will be supporting a remediation project for CIB operations groups.
In this role they will be resolving reporting errors for exception controls performing research to find the root cause of the error then resolving the issue while documenting it.
Duties
Work alongside the CIB operations teams to identify exception issues
Determine if errors are true errors by documenting performing research and then resolving it
Document issues and solutions - look at automated processes and determine risks and identifying solutions - Create reporting on the reporting
Soft Skills:
Ability to resolve complex issues - Communications skills
Preferred Industry Experience: - Finance/ banking
