Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Dallas, TX. Hybrid schedule, onsite 3x weekly.

Responsibilities:
  • Support a high-visibility multi-stage transaction banking transformation program within Global Operations
  • Manage and contribute to complex cross-functional projects and system implementations supporting strategic transaction banking initiatives
  • Prepare and manage detailed project plans, action items, timelines, and deliverables
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Define and execute UAT strategies including test plans, test cases, integrated systems testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and external stakeholders to support project execution and operational readiness
  • Conduct current state analysis and assist with future state operating model design and process improvements
  • Develop policies, procedures, job aids, knowledge libraries, and operational documentation
  • Create and maintain operational metrics and dashboards, including PowerBI reporting enhancements
  • Assist with business process reengineering initiatives focused on operational efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability
  • Support training initiatives and operational user enablement activities
  • Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and internal governance standards
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure milestone delivery

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within transaction banking or treasury/cash management environments
  • Strong understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back-office operational processes
  • 4+ years of UAT experience including test planning, test execution, and defect management
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience creating and modifying PowerBI dashboards
  • Strong process documentation and operational procedure writing skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
  • Consulting or FINTECH industry experience
  • Product Ownership experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to transaction banking operations and operational risk frameworks
