TradeWorX is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with articulated rock truck experience for work around Pickerington, OH. This role requires strong machine control, jobsite awareness, and the ability to operate safely and efficiently in a civil construction environment.

Pay & Schedule
  • Up to $22/hour based on experience
  • Monday–Friday, approx. 50 hours/week (weather dependent)
  • Saturday used as make-up day as needed

Responsibilities
  • Operate articulated rock truck safely on active jobsites
  • Haul and dump materials following site plans and direction
  • Read grade stakes, hand signals, and site markings
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings, haul routes, and other equipment

Requirements
  • Proven experience operating articulated rock trucks
  • Strong understanding of machine controls and safe operation
  • Ability to follow site direction, signals, and layout
  • Civil drawings/blueprint knowledge is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
