Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Domain Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and delivery coordination in agile and waterfall environments, and a proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into executable specifications and achieve successful project outcomes.

Position Details

  • Start Month: October
  • Interview: 1-2 rounds. Video required. Glider ID verification.
  • Schedule: Hybrid. Minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and system requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to understand needs, documenting requirements, performing impact analysis, and collaborating with Development Teams to refine requirements into specifications that the team can execute. The role requires working knowledge of the business and technical domain and the primary applications within that domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements across the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform impact analysis and define scope and priorities.
  • Refine requirements into clear, testable specifications and user stories for Development Teams.
  • Lead PI Planning and backlog refinement sessions and track cross-team dependencies.
  • Define and document end-to-end acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
  • Facilitate communication between Business and Technology teams to ensure delivery alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in technical implementation with requirements and solution expertise.
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with JIRA.
  • Experience defining, documenting, and executing development and testing requirements.
  • Ability to document end-to-end acceptance criteria and partner with Business and Dev teams.
  • Proven time management with priority setting and deadline adherence.
  • Ability to lead PI Planning and backlog refinement and articulate and track dependencies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Open Banking and Financial Data Exchange (FDX) specifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
