RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead requirements gathering across operations, technology, vendors, and business stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of data.
  • Banking, lending, financial services, or related regulated industry experience.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience writing business requirements and working with IT or vendor teams.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT, system testing, implementation support, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present updates to senior stakeholders.
