Job Summary:
Serve as a strategic partner within Technology Services, helping bridge institutional priorities, business processes, and enterprise technology solutions. Work closely with Technology Services leadership, project managers, technical teams, and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, define organizational requirements, optimize business processes, and support the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
Play a key role in enterprise application governance, organizational change, and strategic planning efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Services leadership and a liaison between business and technology teams, helping ensure enterprise solutions align with institutional priorities and deliver measurable value.

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Work is primarily performed in an office environment with limited physical effort required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, enterprise systems, business process improvement, project delivery, organizational change, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or complex technology ecosystems.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience with Workday and enterprise ERP ecosystems.
Experience supporting complex enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM, reporting, and integration platforms.
Experience in higher education.
Experience supporting governance frameworks, portfolio management processes, and organizational change initiatives.
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certifications.
