Key requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financial modules
Act as an internal SME between business stakeholders and implementation partner
Own business requirements and lead design discussions
Understand current-state processes, pain points, customizations, and validate future-state solutions
Document configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds
Lead testing activities including unit testing, SIT, E2E testing, and UAT
Support data migration activities
Create training materials, job aids, and support user adoption
Maintain requirements traceability matrix
Identify risks, data issues, and communicate with leadership
